Evaluation is about learning from experience. Over the past fifteen years, Phyllida has worked with organisations of different types and sizes on the evaluation of their projects and programmes. The most informative and useful evaluations are collaborative processes in which the purpose of the evaluation and the methods to be used to collect, analyse and interpret information are agreed by the various participants (organisers, beneficiaries and perhaps observers). Phyllida is currently working on evaluations for the National Trust,  Awards for Young Musicians, Gloucester Cathedral and With One Voice, the International Arts and Homelessness Movement.
